SMP brand precision Magnetic V Blocks are highly versatile and accurate. All working surfaces are precision ground flat to an accuracy of +/- 5 microns. Parallelism & Squareness of all faces & “V” within + 0.0003″. Useful for holding cylindrical workpieces securely in place as well as for measuring, scribing and processing of workpieces. The Magnetic V Block can be used either way up, standing on end, or two in a line. It can magnetically hold the workpiece and itself to any flat ferrous surface. Turning the toggle which is in front of the V Block energizes and de-energizes the ‘V’ and faces simultaneously.

Magnetic V-Block has a total 3 Magnetic surfaces. Top and bottom with 90º V-Angle and end surface opposite to switch. Magnetic V-Blocks are offered in two types i.e. soft and hardened.

Application:
